Operations and program leader with more than 20 years of experience strengthening organizational performance, scaling programs, and leading complex initiatives across the nonprofit and public sectors. Her background spans executive leadership roles overseeing operations, finance, HR, technology, and multi-site program delivery, including within organizations implementing government-funded programs. Allison founded Ankor Solutions to bring together operational execution, performance strategy, and human-centered program design.

Marcia is recognized for building strong partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering practical, mission-focused solutions in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.

Dennis is a serial entrepreneur. He founded Creative Study Zone over a decade ago as a boutique educational services agency that empowers and prepares students to be future leaders and lifelong learners. Dennis was the Director of Finance for Workforce Development at a large international nonprofit for over 11 years, overseeing financial operations for a portfolio of government contracts valued at over $900M with a focus on innovation, compliance, operational excellence, and optimization.

Christina Pumphrey

Led fraud and compliance-related program implementation within government-funded housing programs for over four years. She worked creating fraud prevention programs and evaluating for fraud in multiple CARES Act programs, including rent assistance and mortgage assistance. Fraud prevention programs included staff training on fraud characteristics and best practices to prevent opportunities for fraud, as well as the review of application data and documentation during pre-application processing and prior to payment approval.
