Allison Byrne is an operations and program leader with more than 20 years of experience strengthening organizational performance, scaling programs, and leading complex initiatives across the nonprofit and public sectors.
Her background spans executive leadership roles overseeing operations, finance, HR, technology, and multi-site program delivery, including within organizations implementing government-funded programs. She has also advised on the design and execution of public sector initiatives, bringing both hands-on operational expertise and strategic insight.
Allison's work is grounded in building systems that align people, processes, and data, enabling programs and organizations to operate efficiently, scale effectively, and deliver measurable outcomes. She brings a strong focus on performance and accountability, while also applying a practical, community-informed lens to ensure programs reflect real-world needs and reach the populations they are intended to serve.
She founded Ankor Solutions to bring together operational execution, performance strategy, and human-centered program design, helping agencies and partners deliver programs that are not only well-run, but impactful at scale.
